Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this happens, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (delivery times may vary).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


International Shipping (Optional – remove if not applicable)

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs delays (international orders)

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
